Taylor always wanted to dance. When she was old enough to walk, her Nana, owner of Vandy Accounting Solutions LLC and proud supporter of Vandy Dance Company, enrolled her in classes at Tippy Toes School of Dance, where she completed 10 years of hard work specializing in Tap and Ballet under the teachings of Jenni Gaither. After enjoying dance for over 10 years, she instinctively knew she wanted to venture out into other styles of dance, so she joined Mooresville Arts Partnership with her sister and her cousins. After getting her feet wet in the competition world, she moved studios to Center Stage Dance Academy. There Taylor flourished in Jazz, Lyrical, Clogging, Hip-Hop and Production. Taylor also danced on her varsity school dance team for 3 years. While at Center Stage, Taylor was a national award-winning dancer and traveled the country competing, even performing on the world's stage at Disney World Orlando. Taylor will forever give props to Michelle Bergdoll for her teaching skills and helping build her love of teaching the art of dance. Taylor is now a mother of an active preschooler and can’t wait to share her love of dance with the next generation of young dancers. Of course, she wants to stress none of this would be possible without all the love and support of her devoted Nana giving her and co-owner Mason this amazing opportunity. Taylor and her four other cousins lovingly refer to themselves as the "Fab Five", and they cannot wait to meet you on the dance floor of their new studio!
Mason began his love of dance long before his actual dance career ever started. Supporting his sister through the first years of her journey, Mason got hooked on dance! Starting his first ever year dancing on Mooresville Arts Partnership’s competitive team, Mason quickly fell in love with Lyrical, Jazz, and Ballet. From there, Mason danced for the Perry Meridian Falconettes as the first male Falconette in high school history, while mainly getting his training from Center Stage Dance Academy. He credits his dance teacher Michelle Bergdoll at Center Stage for teaching him discipline as well as a deeper love for some old and new styles of dance. Mason assisted Michelle with teaching classes throughout his time at the studio. While dancing with Center Stage, Mason danced for all the world to see on the stage in Disney World and assisted the team dancing a second time. Mason is beyond thrilled for this opportunity to share his dance expertise with all ages!
